Terez was the agent for the seller of the very first house I looked at when I began my search. She was "all of the above" at that first showing and I never even looked for another agent to represent me. The price range I had been verbally given by the bank I started my search with, ended up being higher than my "pre-approved" amount, but Terez never even broke stride. She was just as attentive at my new (lower) price range than she had been with my original one. When I decided on the house for me, we had no clue how much work it was going to be for Terez. The people I bought my house from had lived there for 38 years, and the agent that was selling for them had never sold a house before. Between their agent being green, and the owners (IMO) not "ready" to sell their beloved house, it was literally a nightmare. We had the house! We didn't have the house! We had the house! I can only imagine that any other agent would've deemed it "not worth it" and given up. Terez knew my heart was with this house though, and if it were not for her experience, her expertise, her diligence and persistence, I would not have gotten this house. When all seemed lost, she came through for me. I move into my house tomorrow and I couldn't be more grateful to Terez. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Terez is the best real estate agent I have ever met. She is very kind, considerate and knowledgable of real estate in the Metairie and St. Charles Parish areas. I am thinking about moving, but not sure when, and she is helping me see what is out there to buy, as well as what I can get for my property. What I love most about Terez is she is not at all pushy about selling or buying....she knows I have not made up my mind yet, but is willing to send me emails daily about new properties available and keep in touch once in a while by phone. My experience with real estate agents in the past had left me with a very big dislike about them in general, mostly being their pushy nature. My daughter recommended Terez, and she has proved to be exactly what I need for now and in the future. I told Terez I was not ready right now to make a move, but she was willing to help anyway. As a person with no experience selling or buying homes I wanted a person that would help me understand how this entire process works. Terez is that person! She was very patient in regard to all of my questions, she was very informative with all of her answers and most of extremely nice to work with. She made my wife and I feel as if we were her only client even though she had listings all over the metro area!
