Terez made purchasing a new home easy. Because I was in a different state she FaceTimed the houses I was interested in, and let me know when new homes matching my criteria became available. Once I had made an offer on a home, she arranged for all inspections and was present for them. She gave advice on negotiations and was very knowledgeable about home values in the area. She also provided an excellent timeline with useful contacts for utilities, cable, etc. Anytime I had a question or concern she contacted me immediately. I recommend Terez wholeheartedly.

I met Terez through a friend. I have bought and sold many homes and I never have been so impressed, as I was with Terez Harris. She was friendly, persistent, honest and a real go getter. Terez far outshines any other realtors, I have ever worked with. You are never left wondering where you are in the process because Terez keeps you informed every step of the way.
