Terez found me the perfect house--it was the only one I looked at because it really was the right house for me -- Terez really understands her buyers. She expertly guided me through the offer process (there were multiple offers) so I was I able to make an appropriate offer. Then when I totally freaked out about buying it, she was calm and kind and assured me I had nothing to worry about. And she was right. She was with me every step of the way from inspection to closing. I needed to rent it for at least a year and Terez became my property manager and once again, she found the perfect tenant.
